this role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns in the latam and na regions to support regional marketing managers in delivering timely and relevant marketing activities.

the successful candidate will be accountable for:

* developing and executing targeted, measurable marketing plans that meet business objectives
">
* creating regional content including customer testimonials and case studies that support the marketing plan
">
* ensuring local compliance with brand guidelines and training regions and sites to ensure appropriate brand deployment
">
* supporting country agents and distributors with channel marketing resources
">
* supporting approved regional trade shows and other customer events ensuring alignment with global marketing
">
* providing market intelligence from the regional perspective, including analysis and voice of customer input
">

requirements
">
the ideal candidate will have:
">
">
* a bachelor's degree in business or marketing
">
* minimum 5 years' experience as a marketing generalist/specialist in global companies (industrial preferred)
">
* demonstrated track record of executing marketing plans preferably in an industrial b2b environment
">
* excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish
">
* able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment
