main activities:
1. qualify and generate new business opportunities, focusing on breakbulk and out of gauge shipments, industries, territories, key accounts, and new markets.
2. create value for customers and foster relationships.
3. participate in events, exhibitions, and client meetings; deliver presentations on our solutions.
4. monitor market competition, gathering information on pricing and products.
5. report customer complaints to the customer excellence team.
6. coordinate with the customer excellence team for onboarding and reviews of new clients.
7. maintain and update customer data using crm systems.
