As a production and programing planner you will be responsable to schedule and planning correctly the injection and printing production of our packaging for our products based on pull system.
this job is fully onsite located in mexico city (pesa plant).
you will report directly to the manager of the manufacturing plant.
*key responsibilities*
- you will plan the printing process for each required code, validating the existence of the different components and their required materials for each of them.
- you will build the daily programming of the injectors and printers by issuing the programs according to the requirements of the demand.
- you will plan everything from our system and excel and manage the manufacturing production.
- you are going to create a daily production progress report according to the established times in each of the issued programs, carrying out its control and monitoring until its delivery to the packaging lines.
- you will have constant communication with the different areas involved in the injection and printing process of packaging.
*qualifications*
- previous experience of at least 2 years in planning production, supply and demand.
- previous experience in pull system, 5's, lean manufacturing or related fields.
- education in engineering
- advanced excel is key
