we're looking for a
restaurant manager
to join our leadership team in los cabos — someone who thrives in dynamic environments, combines operational excellence with genuine service, and knows how to create unforgettable guest moments in one of cabo's most iconic destinations.

about the role

the bar esquina restaurant manager oversees the daily operation of our restaurant hotel f&b related services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and seamless coordination between front-of-house, culinary, and bar teams.

this role is key to maintaining our brand's reputation for world-class hospitality, music, and atmosphere.

what you'll do

* lead the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in service, timing, and guest satisfaction.
* manage and inspire the service, bar, and hostess teams through training, motivation, and leadership.
* analyze daily sales, cost control, and profitability metrics to achieve financial goals.
* coordinate with the executive chef, sommelier, and bar manager to curate memorable f&b experiences.
* maintain the brand vibe through music, ambience, and guest engagement.
* present events projects and coordinate experiences with the f&b leadership.
* uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency.

key performance indicators (kpi's)

* guest satisfaction / nps > 80%
* average check growth (monthly)
* food & beverage cost control: 28–32% (food), 20–25% (beverage)
* employee retention 90%
* digital engagement +15% quarter-over-quarter
* training completion 100% of team

what we're looking for

* 3+ years of experience as restaurant manager in upscale, lifestyle, or resort environments.
* strong knowledge of f&b operations, mixology, and guest experience trends.
* hands-on leader with analytical mindset and emotional intelligence.
* fluent in english and spanish.
* experience with pos systems (soft restaurant, toast, etc.) and reservation platforms (opentable, opera cloud).
