we are seeking an experienced operations management coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, marketing, and communication.
the operations management coordinator will be responsible for the timely insertion of commercial contracts and client copy instructions into our sales system. This will involve coordination with sales representatives regarding receipt and scheduling of client copy, as well as correspondence with regional ad sales representatives regarding inventory availability and priority token assignments.
* 20% communication & coordination: verify receipt and acceptance of orders, cross-reference sales orders against the programming grid, and report variances to the sales office.
* 50% order entry: enter commercial contracts ensuring accurate placement according to client media plans, register new products in landmark, and review orders to ensure fulfillment.
* 20% copy instructions: create commercial house numbers in landmark, input sales rep copy instructions and copy changes into the sales system, and ensure correct materials are running.
* 5% implementation of changing priority tokens: assign correct priority tokens to each client spot ordered, update contracts quarterly as tokens change.
* 5% monitor fulfillment of client sponsors packages.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or communications.
* at least 2 years of experience in administration, marketing, or communication, preferably in the entertainment industry.
