Job Summary 
The Paid Strategist is a client‑facing role responsible for day‑to‑day delivery of paid media strategies. You will own client accounts, create custom paid media plans, and constantly optimize performance across multiple channels.
Roles & Responsibilities 
- Oversee and deliver paid media for a portfolio of accounts.
- Serve as direct support to client contacts.
- Maintain weekly communication with vendors and operational partners.
- Drive referrals through client relationships and professional networks.
- Build and refine quarterly strategies tailored to each client.
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
- Confirm accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns and integrate them when appropriate.
- Maintain personal productivity and efficient time management.
- Partner with the Associate Director to align internal and client goals.
- Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting.
Qualifications 
- 3+ years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency.
- Specific experience working with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.
- Deep expertise in paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as Google Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC principles, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze performance data with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or equivalent.
- Track record of measurable success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
- Ability to translate data into persuasive strategy narratives.
- Organized, proactive, and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quality‑obsessed with a passion for advertising excellence.
- Willingness to travel for client visits approximately once a year.
Success Metrics 
- Manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.
- Meet and exceed department OKRs (client growth, goal attainment).
- Build client trust leading to consistent renewals.
- Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals.
- Communicate results clearly to client contacts and executives.
- Make strategic decisions that drive account performance.
