main responsibilities: design, develop, and maintain an organizational culture aligned with the company's purpose, mission, vision, and values. Lead cultural change management, ensuring that the transition to the desired culture is effective and accepted at all levels of the organization. Design and lead employee engagement initiatives, as well as recognition and well-being programs. Design and lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that foster an environment where all people, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, or other characteristics, feel valued and respected. Define internal communication strategies and channels, ensuring that messages are delivered in a timely and effective manner. Facilitate two-way communication between management and employees, encouraging participation and active listening. Monitor and continuously improve the work environment and job satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment. Define culture and communication kpis and metrics to measure the impact of the implemented actions.
