key duties and responsibilities responsible for overseeingall food and beverage operations within a hospitalityestablishment.
this position entails managing all aspects of thef&b department to ensure high quality, service, andprofitability standards.
the f&b manager works closely with thediector of restaurants and other departmental managers to deliverexceptional guest experiences and achieve business goals.
core workactivities - oversee daily operations of all food and beverageoutlets.
- ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-qualityservice delivery.
- develop and implement operational standards andprocedures.
- prepare and manage the f&b department's budget.

- oversee menu pricing and portioncontrol.
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitationregulations.

- develop and execute marketing strategies to promotef&b outlets and services.
- work with the marketing team tocreate promotional materials and campaigns.
- analyze market trendsand competitor activities.
- oversee procurement and inventorymanagement for f&b supplies.
- plan and oversee the executionof f&b aspects of events and banquets.
skills, experience &core work activities - bachelor's degree in hospitality management,culinary arts, business administration, or a related field.advanced certifications in food and beverage management are a plus.- minimum of 2-5 years of experience in food and beveragemanagement, with at least 2 years in a senior managerial role.
-proven track record of successful f&b operations management ina high-volume establishment.
- strong leadership and teammanagement skills.

-proficiency in f&b management software and microsoft officesuite.
