the senior manager for sales operations and strategic alliances is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by developing and executing strategic initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and fostering strategic partnerships that enhance market presence and revenue growth, while leading and mentoring a high-performing sales operations team to achieve key performance objectives.

*strategic planning*:
- develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans to achieve revenue targets.
*sales operations management*:
- oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis to inform decision-making.
*team leadership*:
- lead and develop the sales operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.
*partnership development*:
- identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand sales channels and market presence.
*performance metrics*:
- establish and monitor key performance indicators (kpis) to evaluate sales effectiveness.
*cross-functional collaboration*:
- work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
*process improvement*:
- evaluate and optimize sales processes by implementing best practices and technology.
*market analysis*:
- conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.

*requirements*:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- fluent oral and written business english and spanish
- excellent computer proficiency in basic software packages.
- excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues,and think out of the box to develop a solution.
- must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines,and maintain a positive attitude.
