your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:
* execute multiple sap transactions (i.e. returns, sales adjustments, reports, outputs, invoices).
* upload documents to customer ́s portals.
* build working relationships with the customer service teams to help exceed customer expectations.
* build working relationships with support areas such as credit, master data, logistics, supply chain.
* act as an owner with the assigned activities, proposing improvements if applicable.
* create daily & weekly customer & business reports (i.e. open order report, gupi, etc.).
* must speak fluent english to enable strong communication with teams across all regions.
controls and compliance:
* understand and support both internal and external audit requirements as it relates to customer service activities
* provide timely responses for all control & audit requests, including month-end order to cash processes
* provide highest quality of service by following best practices and adhering to policy and compliance standard
* responsible for acting within assigned delegation of authority to perform sap transactions (i.e. credits, returns, samples) while adhering to internal controls and sox compliance
qualifications:
* excellent communication skills
* bachelor's degree or equivalent
* proven experience in customer service work processes, systems and tools.
* knowledge of sap is desired
* fluency in english, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
