What you\'ll do as a member of our deal advisory team, your responsibilities will include: delivering it due diligence, integration, separation, carve-outs, and post-merger technology strategies to support m&a transactions. Developing day one readiness and integration/separation plans to ensure business continuity after transactions. Leading the creation of it financial models, including synergy savings, standalone costs, and long-term budgets for m&a deals. Collaborating closely with kpmg’s deal advisory professionals to align technology strategies with broader transaction objectives. Facilitating executive-level discussions with clients and private equity groups, ensuring clear communication of actionable insights and recommendations. Leveraging innovative tools, such as generative ai (genai), to accelerate project execution and enhance decision-making processes in m&a engagements. What makes you the fit? We are looking for an experienced professional with deep expertise in technology m&a strategy and proven skills for delivering impactful advisory services in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have: extensive experience in it m&a, including it due diligence, integrations, separations, carve-outs, and related transaction processes. Advanced analytical skills to create financial models that support m&a planning (e.g., synergy analysis, standalone cost estimates). Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage directly with c-suite executives. Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., ai, iot) and their potential impact on m&a strategy. The ability to deliver strategic recommendations aligned with investment theses to drive clear business outcomes. Qualifications bachelor’s degree in, it, engineering, or related fields. 5 years of experience in technology strategy, m&a, or it advisory, with at least 4 years in it m&a roles within a deal advisory context.
