role description
this is a full-time remote role for an account manager. The account manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, following up, calling clients, coordinating meetings and attending meetings, and guiding clients through investment and immigration process. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, conducting market research, preparing reports, and ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
duties will be:
* be the first line of contact for inbound leads and prospects.
* connect with leads via calls, whatsapp, and zoom meetings.
* reporting and meetings internally with the team and reporting to managers.
* educate prospects about our services in a way that feels natural, clear, and engaging.
* build trust-based relationships and guide people through the sales journey.
* collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth handoff from first contact to onboarding.
* track and manage conversations using our crm system.

qualifications
* experience in account management, client relations, and customer service
* strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* proficiency in project management and coordination
* understanding of the u.s. franchise market and u.s. visa processes is a plus
* bachelor's degree in business, finance, communication, public policy, law, and/or political science science
* fluency in both english and spanish is highly desirable
* ability to work independently and remotely
benefits & pay
starting salary range: $1,000 – $1,200 usd per month.
after three months, a commission structure is added, bringing the total potential monthly earnings to $1,500 – $2,500 usd.
10 days of paid vacation.
1 additional day off per month.
birthday day off.
holiday break: december 24–25 and december 30–31 off.
