As an sap s/4hana public cloud fico consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end cloud erp implementations. You’ll work closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy finance solutions while ensuring business value and user adoption.
this is a fully remote role, ideally suited for professionals based in latam with the ability to collaborate in english‑speaking environments.
what you’ll do
* lead the design, configuration, and delivery of sap s/4hana cloud fico solutions
* collaborate with finance, business, and it stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into sap solutions
* configure core finance processes including:
* general ledger (gl), accounts payable (ap), accounts receivable (ar)
* banking, collections, payments, dunning, settlements, and write‑offs
* ensure integration across sap finance and operational modules
* drive testing cycles, including uat, and deliver end‑user training
* support data migration, system upgrades, and transformations (e.g., sap b1 or sap byd to s/4hana cloud)
* partner with technical teams on custom developments and functional specs
* provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations
* follow sap activate methodology (fit‑to‑standard, data migration, testing)
* support presales activities including solution demos and effort estimations
what we’re looking for
required
* 2+ years of experience with sap s/4hana cloud public edition (finance/fico)
* proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations or migrations
* sap s/4hana cloud public edition – finance certification
* strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes
* advanced english proficiency (c1/c2)
* excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
* eligibility to work in or travel to the united states
preferred
* bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, it, or related field
* 5+ years of erp consulting experience
* experience across industries (e.g., professional services, financial services, manufacturing, distribution)
* based in latam (e.g., mexico, colombia, puerto rico)
* spanish language skills (highly desirable)
