position summary
the bilingual hr assistant will undertake a variety of hr administrative duties. He/she will facilitate daily hr functions like keeping track of employees records as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/she will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of hr projects and operations. This role also involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s branding via social media. And he/she will be responsible for keeping the sirce project up to date. Ultimately, he/she should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the hr department and the organization.
essential functions
* respond to internal and external hr related inquiries. As well as support or assist when needed.
* maintain records of personnel-related data (r&rs, scholarships, personal information, leaves, telework or hybrid agreements, etc.) in both paper and electronic database that ensures all employment requirements are met.
* liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits brokers, etc.)
* support the hiring process by issuing employment contracts, badges, id cards, etc.
* schedule meetings, participate in hr events, etc.
* responsible for coordinating everything related to training sessions and seminars.
* perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
* produce and submit reports on general hr activity.
* support other functions as assigned.
sirce project
* this position will collect all the trainings captured via lms system and must be passed onto the sirce platform.
* this position will capture all trainings received per person into the sirce platform.
* this position will capture every employee’s detail into the sirce platform so then he can upload each of the training for all employee and all sort of training received.
* audit and review must be made to ensure the upload was made correctly.

* strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and a positive/proactive work ethic.
* ability to plan and organize activities.
* quick learner.
* excel and word knowledge.
* enjoy coordinating and organization for hr administrative position.
* knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
* strong ability in using ms office (ms excel and ms powerpoint).
* familiarity with social media posting on linkedin.
* ability to handle data with confidentiality.
experience

* good communication skills.
education/certifications
* any admin bachelor’s degree or similar.
* bsc/ba in business administration or relevant field; additional education in human resource management will be a plus.
* bilingual (80%).
