Role’s Mission
As a Paid Media Sr. Manager, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Your mission is to drive performance marketing initiatives that directly contribute to business growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness across both B2B and B2C segments. You will bring a blend of data-driven decision-making, deep channel expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to lead complex media strategies from concept to execution.
Key responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of paid advertising initiatives across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Translate business goals into media strategies that align with broader marketing and commercial objectives.
* Lead campaign architecture design including media mix, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative guidance.
* Drive continuous optimization of campaigns using advanced performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV).
* Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, identify areas for efficiency, and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Leverage experimentation (A/B testing, incrementality, bidding strategies) to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
* Partner closely with content, design, lifecycle, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and brand-aligned.
* Advocate for performance media within the organization, translating technical results into clear business impact.
* Contribute to quarterly and annual planning processes with forecasts, benchmarks, and performance modeling.
Requirements
Must have
* Experience: Minimum 5 years managing high-budget Paid Media campaigns with a track record of scaling growth and delivering business outcomes.
* Technical skills:
* Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
* Excel/Sheets proficiency for data modeling and reporting
* Expertise in KPI frameworks, commercial analytics, and budget optimization
* Strong foundation in SEM and full-funnel performance marketing
* Soft skills: High communication skills, strategic mindset, creativity in problem-solving, and business acumen.
* Certifications: Active certifications in one or more major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), or demonstrable expertise.
