about the role
we are seeking a seasoned knowledge asset manager to support our global consumer, telco & technology (ctt) business. This role reports directly to the ctt knowledge expert and involves substantial interaction with the global ctt knowledge team.
key responsibilities
* support ctt partners and consultants by providing timely information and resources to enhance their commercial success and impact.
* identify, collect, and curate valuable ctt intellectual capital for reuse as knowledge assets.
* maintain knowledge and file systems while developing databases and tools to store and share key insights for business development, account management, etc.
* assist in specific aspects of the ctt knowledge plan, including managing senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* create and maintain specific ctt knowledge products as directed by the knowledge expert.
required skills and qualifications
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* a minimum of 4 years of experience in knowledge management, research, business development, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
* experience in one or more sectors within the ctt industry (e.g., retail and distribution, consumer goods, telecom and media, technology, business services, leisure, and hospitality).
* prior experience in strategy or management consulting is ideal.
* research skills are advantageous.
technical skills
* proficiency in excel.
* strong skills in powerpoint.
* familiarity with sharepoint or other file management tools.
* understanding of database management, data management, and data analysis principles.
* experience using generative ai tools and their applications.
