job summary
this role plays a pivotal part in shaping and executing hr strategies that drive business success. The leader partners closely with senior stakeholders to align hr initiatives with organizational goals, foster a high-performance culture, and champion employee engagement, development, and retention.
key responsibilities:
* serve as a strategic hr advisor and trusted coach to business leaders, offering expert guidance on performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
* design and implement hr policies and programs that enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity across business units or regions.
* leverage hr analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and deliver data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making.
* collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and execute hr initiatives that support long-term organizational objectives.
* lead and develop a team of hr professionals, promoting cross-functional collaboration with centers of excellence and positioning hr as a strategic business partner.
* drive change management efforts by developing and deploying effective strategies and tools to support the rollout of hr programs and organizational transformations.
educational requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
* fluent english.
* working knowledge in mexican labor laws.
