Manage overall team performance by driving an engaged and proactive mindset.ensuring team utilization, holiday balance and mandatory trainings are on track with the set guidelines.setting and executing mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor the accounting activities globally, drive change and integration. Drive process improvements and new transitions within the team. Other duties as ordered by the direct manager.
