Overview
the it technician lead is primarily responsible for overall service delivery of it technical services and operations at borgwarner ramos location. This role also ensures compliance with borgwarner it standards (software and hardware) in the plant and leads the local support team.
responsibilities
* manage customer expectations/needs and utilize it metrics, scorecards, and reporting to communicate between the business relationship manager and the technical community.
* ensure all new it services meet global and local standards.
* collaborate effectively with other it service teams as well as different functional areas within the location and across regions.
* maintain a strong relationship with the business relationship manager to partner in delivering services to our customers.
