responsibilities
* you will direct the contact, purchase, evaluation and recommendation of required suppliers for tools and materials required to ensure operation continuity.
* you will ensure the application of procurement procedures, techniques and practices for the purchase of supplies and services based on the current purchasing policy.
* you will manage the purchase and follow up on delivery of new tooling or services.
* you will manage the development of processes and procedures.
* you will positively influence the work team, being a role model in adhering to the internal standards and values of the organization.
* you will based on technical documentation and supplier analysis, you will have the technical knowledge to propose process improvements to ensure adherence to processes and budgets.
* you will make and manage quotations with suppliers for the purchase of spare parts for machinery and equipment, as well as contract with them specialized service.
* you will identify critical spare parts.
* you will assist in ensuring adherence to the assigned budget for assigned cost centers.
skills, knowledge & experience
* you have a high level of demonstrable knowledge in purchasing management and inventory levels.
* you have demonstrable knowledge in supplier management and development.
* you have knowledge of budget management.
* you have a high level of ability to seek cost reduction opportunities.
* you have the ability to interact effectively with other teams and suppliers as needed to locate and resolve sourcing issues for components required on highly complex, sophisticated and automated equipment.
* you have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, industrial field or related.
* you have intermediate to advanced english.
* knowledge of svision and autocad software is desirable.
