Job description:
looking for an experienced order-to-cash subject matter expert with strong leadership skills to join our latin america otc tower. In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of the o2c cycle while helping shape strategy, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve complex issues, and ensure best practices are implemented consistently across regions.
responsibilities
* lead as the o2c subject matter expert, covering credit, billing, collections, cash application, dispute management, and trade finance.
* guide and coach hub and spoke teams to build expertise, strengthen performance, and ensure knowledge transfer while building collaboration.
* collaborate with finance, operations, and business leaders to align on priorities and deliver impactful results.
* serve as a trusted escalation point, resolving complex customer and process challenges.
* analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
* support erp/system implementations and automation efforts, ensuring o2c requirements are met.
* champion standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across latin america operations.
qualifications needed
* bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
* 5+ years of progressive experience in order-to-cash, including leadership or sme-level responsibilities.
* strong expertise in erp platforms (sap, oracle, or similar) and related o2c tools.
* excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving process improvements.
* strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization.
* outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
