Hr manager
position purpose
the hr manager will lead and execute human resources strategies aligned with overall business objectives. This role acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving organizational development, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring an effective, compliant, and high-performing hr function within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or related field (master's degree is a plus)
* 5+ years of progressive hr experience in a maquiladora environment, preferably within the automotive industry
* proven leadership experience in an hr manager or similar role
* strong knowledge of hr metrics, systems, and databases
* solid understanding of labor law and hr best practices
* strategic mindset with strong leadership and decision-making skills
* ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels
* availability to travel
* flexible schedule and availability
* bilingual: english / spanish (advanced level required)
