Digital roadmap & initiative shaping* translate maturity assessment outcomes into *clear digital roadmaps* aligned to: + business strategy + revenue and growth priorities + customer and channel needs* shape and frame initiatives such as *digital products or value streams*, not isolated projects.* support creation of *business cases, value hypotheses, and investment rationale*.* help business leaders prioritize initiatives based on *value, effort, and readiness*.*3.
