As our supply chain manager, you'll be the strategic driver who keeps materials flowing—on time, on budget, and with maximum efficiency. Your expertise will shape how we source, store, and deliver the critical components that keep our projects on track.
what you'll do
procurement & vendor partnerships
* build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
* negotiate contracts, terms, and payment schedules to optimize cost efficiency and cash flow.
* keep vendor databases, pricing sheets, and preferred-supplier lists current and accurate.
inventory & warehouse leadership
* monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or costly overstock.
* oversee accurate inventory records and implement cycle counts and best-practice controls.
* partner closely with u.s. warehouse staff to coordinate incoming and outgoing materials.
financial & cash flow management
* align material purchasing with project budgets and timelines.
* forecast and manage procurement cash flow in collaboration with the finance team.
logistics & scheduling
* ensure on-time delivery of materials to the warehouse, optimizing shipping routes and schedules.
* troubleshoot delays quickly and communicate updates across teams.
process improvement & compliance
* identify opportunities to streamline supply chain operations and implement scalable solutions.
* maintain compliance with international shipping rules, safety regulations, and internal quality standards.
what you bring
required
* proven experience as a supply chain manager or senior procurement professional.
* strong understanding of cash-flow management in a construction or project-driven environment.
* excellent organizational and cross-cultural communication skills.
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting.
* fluent english and a reliable, professional remote workspace.
preferred
* background in electrical or solar industries.
* familiarity with erp, inventory-management systems, and modern supply-chain software.
