Overview
rappi is seeking a passioned key account manager for the restaurants vertical. The person will lead management of our most important client, develop strategic plans, strengthen long-term partnerships, and drive brand growth on our platform.
responsibilities
* negotiate and implement 360° marketing plans with strategic accounts, combining different initiatives.
* develop innovative commercial proposals focused on revenue growth and performance.
* design and execute ad campaigns that boost brand positioning within the vertical.
* track campaigns jointly with the growth team and other stakeholders.
* ensure achievement of revenue, profitability and roi targets.
* coordinate with internal areas to ensure healthy operation of partners on rappi.
qualifications
* university degree in marketing, administration, engineering, communication or related fields.
* 1-3 years of experience with key accounts, brand growth or similar roles, ideally in e-commerce or delivery.
* excellent negotiation, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
* experience with crm tools, commercial management and data analysis.
* business acumen, results orientation and analytical mindset.
