Experience: 3+ years in business development (rpo) focus: new business acquisition & strategic account growth tools: crm (salesforce, dynamics or similar), linkedin, sales prospecting tools what you'll do: prospect and generate new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients in strategic sectors. Map target accounts by industry and territory, developing multi-channel outreach strategies. Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and follow-up build and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in crm to ensure reliable forecasting and kpi achievement. Design profitable commercial proposals in coordination with finance and internal stakeholders. Manage objections strategically and close deals effectively. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand existing accounts. Maintain active and strategic client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
