*the role*
you will own the global sales lifecycle from high-level strategy to tactical execution.
this leadership role requires a balance of closing enterprise-level business and building the data-driven infrastructure (crm, kpis, and processes) necessary to scale multi-region teams.
*key responsibilities*
- *strategic growth*: define and execute regional expansion plans for electronics and mro sectors.
- *revenue generation*: aggressively prospect and close new enterprise clients to grow new revenue streams.
- *account expansion*: oversee key account strategies, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- *team leadership*: recruit, coach, and scale high-performance sales teams across multiple regions.
- *data-driven operations*: implement scalable sales processes, crm best practices, and rigorous forecasting.
- *commercial negotiation*: manage vendor agreements to optimize pricing, margins, and competitive advantage.
*required qualifications*
- *experience*: 7+ years of progressive b2b sales leadership in the *industrial, electronics, or mro* sectors.
- *track record*: proven success in new client acquisition (hunter) and scaling sales departments.
- *education*: bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (mba preferred).
- *technical skills*: proficiency in crm/bi tools and a metric-oriented approach to sales cycles.
- *communication*: bilingual fluency in *english and spanish* is mandatory.
