payroll specialist ii temporary 6 months at honeywell. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named solstice advanced materials when the separation occurs (late 2025 or early 2026). Candidates who are placed in this role understand and agree that they will convey to sam when the separation occurs.
responsibilities
* process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
* ensure accuracy of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or errors
* maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
* collaborate with hr and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
* stay uptodate with payroll regulations and changes in tax laws
* provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues
qualifications
you must have
* minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in payroll operations
* proficiency in payroll software and systems
* advanced english
* strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
