role description
always in full compliance with zoetis policies, meet the assigned financial objectives through the commercial and technical promotion of our portfolios of biologicals (bios), antibiotics, and diagnostics. Attend to key accounts (kas) and other pig producers, as well as assigned distributors, maintaining direct contact with owners, veterinarians, buyers, field workers, all stakeholders of the industry to boos our brands in the industry.
main responsibilities
- meet the assigned financial objectives.
- provide accurate promotion, follow-up and care of our brand and products with customers assigned
- assure full accomplishment of kpi for swine business unit
- meet the administrative requirements for this position.

- effective management of distribution channel.
qualifications (training, education & prior experience)
education:
bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine and animal science. Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering and animal science.
specializations, postgraduate degrees, and/or diplomas in related biological areas. Specializations, postgraduate degrees, and/or diplomas in economic-administrative areas and/or marketing with a focus on related biological areas
experience:
- specific applied knowledge: intermediate: sales, finance, administration, and key account management. Related to livestock production and veterinary medicine (desirable).
- experience: experience in the livestock sector, preferably in the swine sector. Experience in the commercial area: sales.
skills:
- agility and strategic thinking.
- planning and organization - generating clear and effective action plans.
- prioritizing activities.
- negotiation.
- business knowledge - ability to present business cases to clients and the organization to justify sales and needs.

- effective presentations.

availability for business travel and/or relocation: open to relocation and 100% availability to travel three or four weeks of the month.
