the sr sap business process consultant provides expert-level guidance on requirements and design, specifically in sap order to cash (o2c). As a process expert for the o2c module, the role involves defining business requirements, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions. Initiate business process re-engineering to enable effective and efficient operations.
responsibilities
* process lead role for sap sales & distribution (order management, pricing, invoicing and related master data)
* proactively support business processes with issue identification, resolution, and process optimization
* analyze evolving sap capabilities to meet business requirements and collaborate with key users to implement processes
* identify cross-functional topics and ensure process alignment across modules with the support of sub-project leader
* detect and escalate necessary process decisions in project meetings
* coordinate training activities according to training concept and plan
* coordinate testing activities and contribute to test plan creation
* coordinate data clean-up/migration activities with it process consultants
* support key user community with user mentoring, process documentation, and end-user training
* maintain process documentation and training tools with key users
* serve as liaison for it process consultants to clarify open points and provide final decisions (second level support)
* lead and participate in cross-functional teams and complex problem-solving
* provide guidance to departments and associates on company initiatives
* act as a consultant to other departments on problems requiring information exchange
* coordinate analysis and resolution of difficult problems and special assignments
* plan, maintain, and evaluate work to be performed by self and others
qualifications
knowledge and certification
* bachelors in it/business or related field
* 5 years of experience in business process consultancy on sap implementations
* minimum 3-4 years of experience in sap environment as a process expert with full working knowledge of sap sales & distribution (s&d) module; familiarity with other sap modules

* strong business process consultancy skills
* strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization (key users, managers and clients)
