your tasks

* deliver operational account management to ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets.
* manage a portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer development.
* develop, implement, and define customer-specific measures, targets, and strategic initiatives.
* prepare, deliver, and follow up on commercial offers; support pricing negotiations and new program approvals.
* build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders across various levels.
* escalate customer concerns promptly within the organization.
* represent hella at customer-related events, including trade shows and garage events.
* identify and pursue growth opportunities within the customer base.
* ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.


your qualifications

* bachelor’s degree.
* 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
* proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
* intermediate to advanced english skills.
* strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* strategic mindset with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* ability to work independently and collaboratively.
