What you'll do:
- work with stakeholders to design and create innovative solutions to increase sales, reduce churn and, and drive operational excellence.
- gather and create clearly articulated business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- identify opportunities for sales optimization, efficiency enhancements, and cost reduction.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. - coordinate with tech and business teams to ensure solution quality.
- stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis. Who we're looking for:
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- bachelor's degree in data science or analytics, business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- proven experience as a business analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- solid understanding of project management principles and agile or shape-up methodologies. Skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
- familiarity with agile methodologies, such as scrum or kanban, or shape-up project management methodology, including shaping, betting, and building.
- experience in meeting project deadlines, managing project scope effectively, and driving successful outcomes through iterative development cycles.
- proficiency in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- experience with business analysis tools (hubspot, powerbi), data visualization tools (diagrams.net), and task management software (asana) is a plus. Certifications of interest:
- relevant certifications such as certified business analyst professional (cbap) or project management professional (pmp) are advantageous.
- microsoft certified: data analyst associate: this certification specifically covers powerbi and data visualization skills.
- microsoft certified: azure data scientist associate: if your work involves cloud data or machine learning, this certification could be useful.
- azure data lake analytics.
