Define and execute joint business plans with distributors, including sales targets, promotional activities, and execution priorities. Ensure effective route-to-market execution through distributor sales teams. Monitor distributor performance, kpis, inventory levels, and sell-out execution. Conduct regular field visits with distributor sales personnel to coach, guide, and improve execution quality. Negotiate commercial agreements, trade terms, and in-market initiatives within defined guidelines. Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and rotation at point of sale. Act as the main point of contact between the company and distributor for operational and commercial topics. What we're looking for proven experience infield sales or commercial roles with distributor management responsibility. Solid background in fmcg, retail, or consumer products environments.
