* support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

* assist in the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.
* collaborate with the hr team on various projects and initiatives to enhance talent management.

what will make you a great fit?
* a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* basic knowledge of hr processes and practices.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint).
* nice to have: previous internship experience in hr or related field, exposure to hr software and tools.
