* obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed) through company-supported, self-paced training.
* deliver top-tier service to clients with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
qualifications:
* no prior insurance or marketing experience required – full training and mentorship provided.
* strong leadership qualities with a desire to build and manage a remote sales team.
