we are seeking a diligent and vigilant security operations specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our property.
main responsibilities:
* safety and security protocols: patrol all areas of the property to ensure that everything is in order. Assist guests with room access as needed and monitor closed circuit televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system.
* emergency response: respond to accidents, contact ems or administer first aid/cpr as required. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations and notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.
* incident reporting: complete incident reports to document all security/loss prevention related incidents. Handle all interruptions and complaints professionally and resolve safety hazard situations.
* escort services: escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation.
requirements:
* certifications and training: follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* confidentiality: maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets at all times.
