We are looking for a talented content creator and community manager to join our team full-time and work exclusively with us to drive brand engagement and expand our online community.
*key responsibilities*:
- *content strategy*: develop effective content for our real estate and hospitality brands, looking to boost audience engagement, keep up with industry trends, and integrate new ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- *content creation*: produce high-quality multimedia content (social posts, blogs, videos, and promos) that enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- *social media management*: grow and manage our social media channels, ensuring brand consistency across platforms like instagram, facebook, and our website. Build a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering interaction.
- *performance monitoring*: track and analyze content performance, sharing insights to optimize future content.
*qualifications*:
- *experience*: portfolio as a content creator, community manager, or social media specialist, ideally in real estate or hospitality.
- *english proficiency*: strong skills in both written and spoken english are required for communication and content creation.
- *technical proficiency*: skilled in content creation tools (e.g., adobe creative suite, canva, and video editing software), with additional experience in capturing high-quality video and photography for enhanced content production.
- *creativity & organization*: innovative mindset with attention to detail; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
