*role overview*
we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented *event coordinator* to execute and manage events on-site.
You will be responsible for bringing our planned designs to life and ensuring a seamless, luxury client experience.
*key responsibilities*
- set up romantic event designs (flowers, candles, decor, signage, etc.)
- coordinate with vendors (photographers, musicians, restaurants, etc.)
- ensure timeline execution and smooth flow of the event
- welcome and assist clients during the experience
- handle basic problem-solving on-site
- oversee breakdown and ensure all items are accounted for
*requirements*:
- must be based in or near *rosarito / ensenada / valle de guadalupe*:
- reliable transportation (very important)
- strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- good communication skills (english + spanish preferred)
- available on weekends and flexible hours
- experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
