main responsibilities:

* conduct root cause analysis for issues affecting systems performance and availability.
* update operational documentation as required.
skill requirements:
* a strong understanding of the microsoft power platform, including power apps, power automate, data loss policies, on-premises data gateways, and environments management.
* proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as powershell, c# and python.
