* ensures the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget are managed as outlined in business transformation frameworks.

* collaborates with stakeholders and provides regular updates to resolve high-priority issues.
* obtains buy-in from sponsors and stakeholders for key plans and changes.
