**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with your customer - Ensures customer instructions and inquiries are promptly fulfilled according to specifications
- Anticipates challenges as well as opportunities and proactively manages internal resources to accomplish an effective and timely resolution
- Act as a liaison between the customer and XB’s supply chain
- Coordinate special warehouse projects and special shipping requests. Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts, inventories, Invoices etc.;
- Focus on the customer understanding the strategic environment;
- Support B2B channel in executing Routing Guides, via coordinating pickups and deliveries to major national retails chains. Identifies and prioritizes tasks to effectively allow an effective cross-functional collaboration. Controls and reports KPI’s

**Experiência y requisitos**
- High Level Business English proficiency is a must. - Minimum of High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Key Account Management areas
- Customer service and/or Key Account Management experience in a Logistics, Distribution Center and/or 3PL environment is preferred
- Experience with EDI/ERP/TMS and warehouse management systems is a plus. Proactive and problem-solving oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment. KPI and metrics oriented
- Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
- Effective communication skills
- Identify client requirements and propose internal capabilities and resources to meet client's needs
- Great interpersonal skills
- Self-driven
- Able to adapt and deal with multi-level communication internally and externally (from Sr. Management to operational levels)
