about the job:
* to manage and coordinate all apqp related activities for our suppliers.
* to review new projects and evaluate potential suppliers.
* to lead and participate in internal audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with company requirements.
responsibilities:
1. supplier development: lead supplier development initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
2. apqp management: manage apqp related activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and evaluation.
3. audit and assessment: conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with company requirements.
4. new project review: review new project proposals from suppliers, assess their capabilities, and make recommendations for approval or rejection.
5. change control: manage change requests from suppliers, assess their impact on quality and production, and implement approved changes.
requirements:
* languages: english and spanish proficiency is required.
* education: bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* knowledge and skills: iatf, apqp, vda knowledge is desirable.
