role summary
the marketing manager for north latam will be responsible for leading and executing regional marketing strategies that support the successful launch, lifecycle management, and market adoption of products across the territory. This role will work cross-functionally with regulatory, public affairs, commercial, medical affairs, events, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective market penetration, and alignment with global guidelines.
this individual will be a key strategic partner for the sales organization during product launches, providing insights, tools, and go-to-market direction. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience supporting product launches, and a solid understanding of financial drivers impacting business performance.
key responsibilities
* lead and support
product launches
across north latam, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and sales execution.
* conduct
market analysis, pricing analysis, and competitive intelligence
to identify opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
* support the development and execution of
marketing campaigns
, communication strategies, and product lifecycle initiatives.
* manage discontinuation plans, channel communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
* collaborate with regulatory, public affairs, communications, and events teams during launch planning and execution.
* provide key business input to the sales team during launches, including value propositions, product positioning, and customer messaging.
* monitor product performance, market trends, and kpis to recommend strategic adjustments.
* ensure consistency with the branding, compliance, and global marketing frameworks.
must-have qualifications
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
* strong marketing background with
direct or indirect involvement in product launches
(e.g., supporting a product manager or cross-functional launch team).
* experience in industries such as
medical devices, pharmaceuticals, dental, ophthalmology, or broader healthcare

* solid understanding of financial fundamentals:
margins, p&l, cogs, pricing concepts

* strong soft skills: proactivity, teamwork, communication, presentation abilities, stakeholder management.

broad marketing scope
(campaigns, analytics, launch support, pricing, competitive analysis).
