On of our client, i.e. leading fintech saas platform, is looking for a sales executive to boost their presence in mexico and latam region. Reporting to the regional sales director americas, the srole will play a critical role in driving the company's growth across latin america.
based in mexico city or monterrey, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing complex enterprise sales cycles and expanding company's presence within the financial services ecosystem.
this is a true hunter role with a strong focus on new logo acquisition, strategic account development and enterprise sales execution.

key responsibilities
• execute company's latam sales strategy and drive new business acquisition.
• identify, qualify and close enterprise opportunities using meddic or meddpicc methodologies.
• build and maintain strong relationships with c-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• conduct market mapping and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• coordinate internal resources including pre-sales, product management, professional services and r&d.
• deliver high-impact presentations, workshops and business cases.
• lead commercial negotiations and value-based selling initiatives.
• maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.
• represent the company at industry conferences, events and networking activities across latam.
ideal candidate profile
required:
• 5-12 years of successful b2b enterprise software sales experience.
• strong experience selling complex saas solutions.
• expertise in meddic, meddpicc, challenger sale, miller heiman or equivalent methodologies.
• proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• strong hunting and new business development experience.
• experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
• native spanish speaker.
• professional fluency in english.
• willingness to travel extensively throughout latin america.
preferred :
• experience within financial services.
• exposure to fx, payments, capital markets or trading technology.
• portuguese language skills.
