the order service representatives acts as the interface between departments with respect to sales forecasts, sales orders, order acknowledgements, deliveries (outbound logistics) and / or customer returns.

full responsible of the order management process, from recipient to deliver orders to customer location.
receive purchase orders.
enter purchase order into system (oracle)
follow up with the factories to ensure on time delivery to customer.
oracle delivery creation.
create shipping instructions for sales order dispatch.
follow up with logistics for finish good delivery with customer.
send billing documents for invoicing to billing department.
providing the customer with order confirmation where appropriate.
work with planning to ensure that the customer's required date is achieved when sales order confirmed outs side of our std lead times.
where required provide the customer with shipping documents: pod's, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill, certificate of origin/form a,
packing declaration, signed documents from the chamber of commerce, commercial invoice
inform customer of the scheduled delivery date.
check invoices from third party logistics providers.
controlling and manage all delivered and open sales orders (backlog, future)
manage periodical meetings with customers make sure accurate information is available, deliver and answer appropriate questions
work with appropriate departments to meet customer demand utilizing whatever resources are available keeping company interest in mind.
rga decision making and follow up, check status of all rgas that are open and close where appropriate.
analysis of customer forecast and booking vs forecast, escalate issues as appropriate and communicate to sales and customers.
respond in a timely manner to customer questions.
handle customer questions and complaints.
act as a team player and back up and assist other customer service representatives with issues that may arise in their daily work
react quicky to customer situations and ensure necessary actions are taken and resolve issues.
escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame to manager
responsible to star appraise of, and follow company policies, procedures, iso standards, quality objectives.
