Role mission
the project manager is responsible for the coordination and management of launching new projects and transfers into the production plant, as well as the coordination of contract manufacturing activities. This role works closely with internal teams and business units to ensure customer requirements, safe launches, and company objectives are successfully achieved.
responsibilities
* manage and lead local plant teams and activities for assigned projects.
* coordinate with internal functions and business units to meet customer requirements and project objectives.
* oversee all aspects of projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
* set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
* identify issues, elevate when needed, and support problem resolution.
* collaborate with project team members to coordinate activities effectively.
* familiarise with project scope, objectives, and team member responsibilities.
* provide input to supervisors regarding team member performance within projects.
* coordinate local activities related to ems contract manufacturing.
* coordinate project-related engineering changes.
what your profile should look like
* engineering degree required (industrial engineering preferred).
* minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
* advanced english skills.
* experience in ems (electronics manufacturing services), electronics manufacturing, or pcba environment.
* pmp certification preferred.
* experience with erp systems, planning tools, data analysis.
* knowledge in manufacturing processes and resource management.
