About the role as an e-commerce & b2b specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing marketplace operations and fulfillment services for international brands expanding globally. You'll work with amazon marketplaces across multiple regions, coordinate with 3pl partners worldwide, and ensure inventory health and compliance for our clients. This role combines marketplace management, logistics coordination, and b2b operations—helping brands like hexclad maintain strong performance across uk, eu, australia, mexico, canada, and us markets. You'll follow established processes while having the autonomy to solve complex cross-border fulfillment challenges. What you'll do manage amazon seller central accounts across multiple international marketplaces (uk, eu, australia, mexico, canada, us) monitor and maintain marketplace health metrics, inventory levels, and account performance kpis create and manage amazon restocks, inbound shipments, and fba inventory planning coordinate with 3pl partners across different regions for inbound/outbound operations and special projects handle b2b shipments to amazon and other marketplace vendors track freight shipments and coordinate with manufacturers, customs brokers, and logistics partners ensure compliance with regional marketplace requirements and merchant of record responsibilities troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and marketplace account problems maintain accurate documentation and reporting on inventory movements and fulfillment operations collaborate with internal teams on cross-training for freight and 3pl operations as needed communicate effectively across time zones with partners in us, latin america, europe, and australia identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives about you you have 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce and/or logistics operations (experience with amazon seller central, marketplaces, or fulfillment operations highly preferred) you understand marketplace kpis, inventory management, and fulfillment processes you're comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms simultaneously (amazon, 3pl portals, freight tracking) you communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal english you're highly organized and can manage multiple clients and projects at once you're detail-oriented and catch errors before they become bigger problems you can work independently while knowing when to escalate complex issues you're proactive in solving problems and don't wait for issues to escalate you're comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes in a fast-paced startup environment you have strong analytical skills and can interpret data to make informed decisions you thrive in a collaborative environment and work well across different teams and time zones why join the team?
