assist in implementing inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure accurate counts.support the budgeting process by tracking expenses and identifying efficiency opportunities.coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for timely, accurate deliveries; work with procurement and fleet teams.enforce safety standards and ehs policies, organize safety trainings, and maintain a safe work environment.assist with the use and adoption of warehouse management technologies (wms, rfid, barcoding).
recommend improvements using lean methodology and best practices.requirements:bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or related field.warehouse management certification (desirable).2-3 years of experience supervising warehouse operations or warehouse teams.solid experience applying genban, 5s, lean manufacturing, or six sigma methodologies.conversational english (b1-b2).
