Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Provide transactional support to Category Teams and the Category Support Leader.
- Participate in strategic category meetings, contributing with market insights and supplier performance analysis.
- Analyze contract details (due dates, remaining quantities, payment terms) to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with processes related to contract management, bidding initiatives, and procurement KPIs.
- Act as a Procurement ambassador, serving as a valued business partner across the organization.
- Develop portfolio expertise to support the Category Team with market intelligence (price indexes, supply/demand trends, etc.).
- Support process standardization (RFx, KPIs tracking, reporting) and other category-specific activities.
- Analyze supplier performance and identify potential new suppliers to enhance category strategies.
- Keep price lists updated and generate reports as needed.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Over 2 years of experience in Procurement.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of competitive bidding processes and benchmark analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP (Procurement module).
- Skilled in analyzing category KPIs and performance metrics.
- Consistent application of procedures and best practices.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and learn quickly.
