- serve as the executive liaison with strategic partner groups to ensure alignment and successful program implementation.

- oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring financial discipline, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- drive product penetration, contract volume, and ebitda growth in line with board-approved forecasts.
- implement structured financial reporting processes and cost controls across all departments.
*dealer & partner engagement*
- expand dealer network participation, ensuring favorable contract terms and alignment with reserve participation frameworks.
- build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including oems, lenders, and reinsurance partners.
- champion a value-driven, service-centric approach that enhances the dealer and customer experience.
*compliance & risk management*
- ensure full compliance with all regulatory, tax, and insurance frameworks applicable in mexico.
- oversee the formation and management of localized reinsurance entities and obligor structures.
- establish and maintain strong governance practices across business operations.
*team building & leadership*
- recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local team across operations, sales, finance, and support.
- foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
- 10+ years of executive experience in automotive, f&i, insurance, or financial services
- strong understanding of the mexican automotive dealer ecosystem
- experience with reinsurance, warranty products, or finance-backed vehicle protection products (preferred)
- fluent in spanish and english (written and verbal)
- proven ability to manage regulated entities, financial modeling, and cross-border reporting
- strategic thinker with hands-on leadership approach
